Information we collect
We collect the contact, company, job and availability information you provide through our forms, by telephone, email or WhatsApp. Candidate forms may also collect role interests, general availability, removals experience and driving-licence category. Do not send identity documents through the website.
How we use information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess staffing requirements, manage requested bookings, contact suitable applicants and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information.
Form processing
Website forms are processed and stored by Formspree on our behalf. Formspree's own privacy and security terms also apply to that processing. Email, telephone and WhatsApp providers process communications sent through their services.
Retention and sharing
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for enquiries, bookings, applications, legal obligations and business records. It may be shared with service providers that support communications and form delivery, or where required by law.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete information held about you, subject to applicable legal requirements. You may also withdraw from non-essential communications.
